I grew up in the real estate business-my father started his office in 1953- I was one of the first licensee's in the state of Missouri @ the age of 18 when the laws changed in 1972.
During my real estate career I was Vice President of Norris Fridley Realtors, 1972 - 1989
Norris Fridley Real Estate Corporation was established in 1953 and a leader in the Real Estate industry in Central Missouri.
I oversaw all sales and business development functions, including expansion of 5 branch offices, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment. Hold P&L and budget responsibilities. Provide cross-functional team training, coaching, and mentoring. Direct network of sales managers and marketing associates located throughout 14 counties in Central Missouri. Design, implement, and adjust various sales plans and programs to promote out-of-state properties for the Kansas City and St. Louis MO areas.
¨ Instrumental in complete turnaround of under-performing sales team; set higher expectations and instituted individual team-member accountability resulting in year after year of consistent sales growth
